Daphne Alsiyao brings more than a decade of experience in early childhood systems change, equity-centered policy development, and grassroots organizing. She has led statewide advocacy initiatives, strengthened cross-sector coalitions, and equipped parent and community leaders to influence legislative priorities.
Most recently, Daphne served as an Early Childhood Strategic Consultant with MomsRising and as the Family Support Manager at the North Carolina Partnership for Children, where she advanced policy initiatives and family leadership strategies within the Smart Start network and across North Carolina’s early childhood system.
With a deep commitment to elevating community voice and advancing equitable policy solutions, Daphne supports NAFCC’s national advocacy efforts and the family child care community in shaping the policies that impact their work and the families they serve.
